Real Estate Video Listing Tours - $650 thru end of September (Regular price $750)
1. Register at Video Gallery
2. Select 4 to 6 video clips and save them to your "light box".
3. Email us your property photos (up to 8 photos)
4. Select two locations for your on site video clips. (ocean view, neighborhood, yard, special rooms in house)
5. Fill out property detail form
6. Fill out Agent info contact form
7. Write property feature highlights or check out digital recorder (from us) and record comments to be added to tour.
Tips for Video clip selection:
Don't limit yourself to the town in which the property is located. Think "outside the box". Any Peninsula property is close to all the beaches, the Aquarium, Golf courses and so on... suggest additional locations to us to be added to the video clip gallery.
Try for a theme depending on the property such as family friendly - the Aquarium, Dennis the Menace Park, etc.
